My “baby” sister moved to LA last fall to finish her degree in interior design at the Fashion Instatute of Design and Merchandising. She’s doing AMAZING things there! I can’t beleieve how talented and amazing she is!
She talks on and off about being home sick and always wants people to visit. Unfortunately it’s a little hard to just jump on a plane and go see her, so I did the next best thing….sent cookies!!
This gave me the opportunity to try out a new “craft”, some new recipies, and show my sister how much I love her and how proud of her I am. 🙂 I grabbed the sugar cookie and royal icing recipe off of CakeCentral.com, a FABULOUS place to share pics and get ideas.
I stacked as many as I could into the box and shipped them off to LA. I think she enjoyed them as much as we enjoyed the ones that didn’t fit 🙂
